HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
TUESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2009; 6:30PM


Per Arizona State Statute 33-1248 (condo) or 33-1804 (single family homes):
All meetings of the Association and Board of Director Meetings are open to all members of the Association or to any person designated by a member as a member's representative in writing so desiring shall be permitted to attend and speak at an appropriate time during the deliberations and proceedings. The Board may place reasonable time restrictions to speak before the Board takes formal action on an item under discussion.

  1. Meeting Called to Order.
  2. Open Discussion for Homeowners - 3 minutes per homeowner.
  3. Approval of the July 28, 2009 Minutes.
  4. Financial Update (Jessica Reznik)
  5. Architectural Update (Guy Berry)
  6. Social Committee Events (Jessica Reznik)
  7. Landscape Update (Guy Berry)
    1. Bags at dog stations
    2. Notice board and mail box.

  8. Pool Report (Guy Ellis)

  10. New Business
    1. Upcoming election for board position at September 2009 annual meeting. (Guy Ellis)
      1. Candidates will have the opportunity to tell members of the community about themselves.
    2. Delinquent accounts and offers from vendors to service them.
  11. Previous Business
    1. Update on location of web site and mailing list. (Guy Ellis)
    2. Parking - presentation of options to be voted on by the community. Working Document - please comment (Guy Ellis)
