At the special recall meeting at 6:30pm at the Boys & Girls Club, 3975 E. Lockwood Drive, Phoenix, AZ, 85050 the community's management company (
Rossmar & Graham) announced that earlier this day, Jodi Fialkin of 4384 E. Rosemonte Dr (lot 94) had appointed Kathleen E Forman of 4374 E. Rosemonte Dr (Lot 89) and Adriano Altiveros of 4364 E. Renee Dr (Lot 8) as members of the board and that she had resigned.
This was done because Jodi Fialkin would have been removed from the board had the votes been counted. So instead of being removed and allowing the community to democratically elect a new board or new board president she ensured that two friends that she could count on where placed on the board.
What has happened at Tatum Village is that the community is now stuck in a dictatorship. With the current board members appointing friends and resigning at the last minute before being voted off the board by the community they will always remain on the board representing their interests and not the community's.

On 28 April 2009, Sandra Fialkin, 4384 E. Rosemonte Dr (lot 94), mother of Jodi Fialkin, was appointed to the board and elected by the other two board members to the office of president.
