EditWarranty Repair Requests
If you need to get DR Horton to repair your house under the warranty terms you can fill in a request online:
- Go to Warranty Request
- Select Arizona & Phoenix from the drop down lists below the map and click continue.
- From the Builder List select "Phoenix" and click continue.
- From the community list select "Tatum Village - Sold Out!" and click continue.
- Fill out your details and click continue.
- Fill out the repair request and click submit.
