48 residents of the Tatum Village community submitted a signed a petition under Arizona Law (A.R.S. Section 33-1813) to remove Jodi Fialkin and Terry Cunningham from the board of directors. On this same day Terry Cunningham resigned. A special meeting was set for April 22, 2009 for voting for this petition.
