The Board of Directors monthly meeting is open to all members of the Homeowners Association to attend and observe. If you wish to be placed on the agenda to address the board, please contact our Property Managers. Monthly meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of the month. The location may varies depending on room availability.

Monthly Meeting Schedule:

  • Monday, August 25, 2009 @ 6:30 PM (at Rossmar & Graham's offices)
  • Monday, September 22, 2009 @ 6:30 PM (Annual meeting - venue to be decided - please check back)

When are the board meetings held and where?

Meetings are usually held once a month. Meetings are held at the Fire Station located at 21650 N. Tatum Blvd., Phoenix AZ. 85050

What goes on at the board meetings?

Board meetings are for the purpose of the board members to discuss issues and to make decisions. You are welcome and encouraged to attend, but please remember that depending on the agenda, there may not be any opportunity for non-board member discussions.

What is the difference between a board meeting and the annual home owners' association meeting?

The annual home owners' association meeting is for the election of board members (whenever a term becomes open), treasurer's report of the past year's activity, and the board votes on a proposed annual budget for the new year.
