Per Arizona State Statute 33-1248 (condo) or 33-1804 (single family homes):
All meetings of the Association and Board of Director Meetings are open to all members of the Association or to any person designated by a member as a member's representative in writing so desiring shall be permitted to attend and speak at an appropriate time during the deliberations and proceedings. The Board may place reasonable time restrictions to speak before the Board takes formal action on an item under discussion.

- Front yards are looking better in the community, better kept.
- August Meeting Minutes
- Motion to approve by Guy E.
- Second by Jessica and approved
- Financial Update - Jessica
- Delinquent accounts and plans to services them
- Will not hire a firm, as the price is not worth it, will get money from banks on foreclosures
- Majority of the delinquent accounts are foreclosure
- Approval of 2010 budget
- Motion by Jessica
- Second by Guy E. and approved and signed
- Phoenix City Grant
- Approved, 10,000 dollars we plan to use for lighting, money is in account
- Currently getting bids from companies on lighting
- Still working on plans, will probably look at a mixture of street and common area lighting
- Reserve fund for CD
- 20,000 dollars will be placed in CD
- Motion to use bank BNC
- Second by Guy E. approved
- Approval of Audit Service
- Motion by Jessica to use Gallagher for compilation services, estimated cost of service to audit our accounts is 650 – 750 dollars
- Second by Guy E. approved
- Note mate by Guy E. to allocate more money for full audit of accounts in next years budget, should cost around 2,500
- Web site update – Guy E.
- In process of transferring Tatum Village website to GoDaddy.com
- Once on GoDaddy, any board can run website, current board members will not have any part of the website on their own computers, all on third party server with GoDaddy
- Neighbors need to go to website to register for the email server, email updates are sent out to all registered for event and notices
- Will remain Wiki, meaning anyone who has been authorized can update the website, contact Guy E for directions how to update website
- Architectural Update – Guy B.
- Trees in Back Yards
- Guy B has photo’s of trees which are suggested by Sexton, will be looking into getting scanned and placed on the website for residents to look at for trees in back drives
- Arch Committee had discussed trees which are listed as not aloud to be planted by documents of the community, after meeting with landscapers, the list will remain the same
- Social Committee – Jessica
- Fall Festival
- Flyers put on doors and costume contests start at 3:30 PM
- Yard Sale
- Yard Sale in November, will run Friday to Saturday
- Looking for someone to have the bake sale at their house during the weekend
- Bake sale will help raise money for HOA
- December Party
- There will be a winter party at the pool in December
- Candles floating in the pool
- Progressive Dinner
- Looking for people interested in hosting a stop for progressive dinner in Feb
- Please RSVP as soon as possible to help Jessica estimate the amount of attending
- Landscape Update – Guy B
- Landscape
- Met with Sexton, have put in winter seed
- Helped remove trees that are dead, will look into if Sexton planted those trees
- Sexton explained the trees are planted too deep, that is why they are dying, but is working to dig around the base of the trees
- Will be letting the plants in the community grow and look more full
- Guy B will be looking into if they can add removing dead weeds to their service of trees
- Lighting of Tatum Village Signs
- Guy B will be looking into prices for getting lights installed to show the Tatum Village signs at night
- Pool Report
- Guy E will be having the pool services in December after the Neighborhood winter pool party
- Tile around edges will be fixed
- We will purchase more chairs for the pool, budget of 1000 dollars, will buy 10 more chairs

- Management Report – Chrissy – Property Manager
- Nothing new to report, has been doing weekly audits of community
- New Business – Play Gym – Guy E
- Will look into what it would take to have a play gym
- Chrissy will ask insurance company what premium would be if we had a play gym, from there we can decided if it is worth to bring to a vote, it has been said that building a gym after a community has been built brings extra liability
- Guy E will be following up with legal on the issue as well

- Willow Run, similar community having troubles with parking
- Possible ideas for parking troubles, having designated neighbors go out and places stickers on violators
