HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
Wednesday, December 30, 2009; 5:30PM


Per Arizona State Statute 33-1248 (condo) or 33-1804 (single family homes):
All meetings of the Association and Board of Director Meetings are open to all members of the Association or to any person designated by a member as a member's representative in writing so desiring shall be permitted to attend and speak at an appropriate time during the deliberations and proceedings. The Board may place reasonable time restrictions to speak before the Board takes formal action on an item under discussion.

  1. Meeting Called to Order at 5:32 PM (location at 4390 E Renee)
  2. Open Discussion for Homeowners - 3 minutes per homeowner. - nothing reported
  3. Approval of the November, 2009 Minutes:
    1. Guy E motioned, Guy B second, approved
  4. Financial Update (Jessica Reznik)
    1. Delinquent accounts are heavy, same people, looking into Clint Goodman for getting these accounts straight
    2. Jessica will check on foreclosed homes which have been bought, make sure delinquent accounts have been straightened out
  5. Architectural Update (Guy Berry) - nothing reported
  6. Social Committee Events (Jessica Reznik)
    1. Progressive Dinner: Flyers out next week, Event will be end of Feb., eVite will be sent out, maintain list on website of attending
  7. Landscape Update (Guy Berry)
    1. Lights for signs - bid very high for lighting, look into low voltage lights, Andy would like to submit a bid as well for the job
    2. Landscaping - motion by Guy B to approve Sexton bid for rocks to be filled in the community, Second Jessica, approved
      1. Guy E will research the landscaping company for Willow Run
      2. Board will look into having two companies service Tatum Village, one keeping the plants trimmed and one adding the new plants
  8. Pool Report (Guy Ellis)
    1. Sexton will be welding in old BBQ grills into pool area
    2. Repairs to tiles, have done by March 1st, Guy E getting with Gary on tile repair
  9. New Business - nothing reported
  10. Previous Business - pot hole by Jessica's house, Chrissy looking to repair
  11. Executive Session if needed - did not have Exec Session
  12. Meeting Closed at 6:16PM
