Comparisons

Take a look at the two photos below. The first is a view down the alley between Rosemonte and Morrow Dr. Ignore the trees at the end of the alley - they belong to the community to the east of us. The second photo is of one of the streets in the small community to the east of us. Notice the tree lined street. All the streets in this community are tree lined. This community and the trees are about 22 years old. This is what our community could start looking like in 10 to 20 years.

Issued raise

  • Migration of roots under driveways
    • To address this issue I went to Moon Valley Nurseries and spoke to them. They stated that if the tree is planted correctly that roots will not be an issue.
  • Satellite dishes may be blocked
    • I contacted Dish Networks and they stated that there are two solutions to this problem:
      • Move the satellite dish to a new location
      • Trim the tree
